FAQ

When will I receive my letter?

All letters are mailed on the last day of the month, by stamp. Domestic members typically receive their letter within 7 days. International orders can take 7 - 21 days to arrive.

What if I don't receive my letter?

If your letter doesn't arrive, please contact me and I will send you a replacement free of charge!

Tracking?

All letters are sent by stamp therefore I am unable to provide tracking. This keeps the club affordable with 99% delivery success; if yours doesn't arrive, I'll send a free replacement.

When can I sign up?

You can join any day of the month! Your sign-up date will become your billing date each month thereafter. The month you join is the edition you will receive. For example, if you join in May, you will receive the May edition. If you join in June, you will receive June's edition.

Is it easy to cancel?

Yes, it is super easy to pause or cancel your subscription by visiting the "Customer Portal" from your account page here

Missed an edition you like? You can catch up on previous months here


These editions ship at the end of each month, at the same time as the regular Print & Prose Club mailing. They ship in separate envelopes from the regular mailing, so expect multiple items in your mail! If they do not arrive at the same time, please allow a few days.

Payment overlap?

When you join at the beginning of a sign-up period, there may be a payment overlap before receiving your letter as all letters are sent at the end of the month and can take 7 - 21 days to arrive (depending on your location.)

Rest assured that all payments correspond to a new postcard, sticker and letter. You won't be charged twice for the same letter.

Why It Exists

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved the tangible, sentimental things. The heartfelt form of connection found in physical ephemera. To pour love and care into something and offer it to another.

The handheld evidence of spirit.

I have always craved true connection. Painting and writing are my ways of translating experience and documenting feeling.

I wanted to create a space for women, nature & magic. Those which I live by, and for. My muses.

I wanted my art to be held, felt and seen in an accessible, offline way. It has never felt more necessary.

Print & Prose Club was born as a ritual of stillness, magic & introspection. Combining poetic, heartfelt musings with magical, hand painted art.
